Britney Yates is a recent graduate from Rutgers University, earning her Master of Business and Science degree in Personal Care Science. She also holds a degree in Chemistry from Lemoyne-Owen College. She has a background working with cross-functional teams in a research & innovation capacity for various personal care/consumer products including women’s health, cosmetic raw materials, and food manufacturing.
