Carlos Linares is the EVP, Global Research & Development for Church & Dwight.  Church & Dwight is a leader in the Household Consumer Products and Personal Care industry with annual sales of approximately $3.4B.  It markets brands such as ARM & HAMMER, Trojan, First Response, Nair, SpinBrush, OxiClean, Orajel, and Batiste.

 
Carlos has a proven record of successfully leading Research and Development organizations and driving business-building innovations.  Carlos most recently led the R&D organizations for various consumer product companies.  He was the Chief Technology Officer for Sun Products Corporation and served as SVP, Global R&D for Alberto Culver. He previously spent over 20 years in positions of increasing responsibilities with Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, leading R&D programs in home care, beauty care, women’s health, and baby care.
 
Mr. Linares has been a member of the Executive Leadership Teams at Church & Dwight, Alberto Culver and Sun Products.  He has also served on external committees such as the PCPC Scientific Advisory Executive Committee and the GMA Science and Regulatory Affairs Council.  Mr. Linares received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
