Neena joined J&J in 2000 and currently has responsibility for Scientific & Clinical Affairs, Global Specialty Beauty based in Princeton NJ.  Over her 18-year career with J&J, Neena has held various positions within Beauty Care and Baby Care R&D in technology development, scientific & medical affairs, and clinical research & operations roles. Neena is a Johnson Medal winner, an inventor on 5 granted patents, has authored 20+ peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and presented 45+ posters or invited presentations at medical & scientific conferences.  

Neena has a BS from Purdue University and her PhD from Princeton University.
