Diane Velkov currently leads the Product Performance Evaluation team for L’Oreal USA.

 

She leads a cross-functional and multi-region team responsible for the product performance of upstream and downstream skin, makeup, hair & beauty device projects.

 

Since joining L’Oreal USA in 1988, Diane has held various roles including formulation, claims development and product development marketing for consumer and luxury products.  Having spent time working in France, Diane greatly enjoys collaborating internationally to drive global innovation with local applications.

 

Diane holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers College and a MBA in the Management of Innovation & Technology from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
